Little Salty Rope is a family owned small business based in the small island community of Deer Isle, Maine. We come from a long-line of fishermen, once making a living on the ocean, using the same rope used in our products to haul traps and catch lobsters. We saw first hand how durable and everlasting this rope was. It's an obvious choice when looking for a doormat material- If it can withstand strong ocean storms, tides, wear + tear in the fishing industry, it'll absolutely last for years to come on decks and patios.
